Us:
We both have regular jobs and are doing 'Branderij 23' as hobby and with lots of individualism. We are foodies, we love homemade food and we think, that food is the right thing for connecting people on a spiritual level, thus creating a solid basis for respect and peace. If you enjoy food with a deeper understanding, you will easily see and feel that the food you are enjoying today is connecting you to people and living beings all over the world. Did you ever think about the total value chain?
Together, we are traveling the world, eating and drinking what, where and how the locals do.

Felix:
Felix has a BA in Pharmacy and BA and MA in Music (Piano). He is very much into investigating and tasting food from all over the world. Coming from Surabaya, Indonesia, coffee is a part of Felix' DNA

Stephan:
Stephan is Dipl.-Ing. in Food Technology, has a strong background in sensory and project management and he has many years of experience in the coffee industry. He enjoys tasting, cooking and fermenting with as less industrial impact as possible.
